DON'T WORRY, JIMMY'S TERRIBLE STORY HAS A HAPPY ENDING.

This cleaning patrol has a lot of work to do in Brenes I'm afraid.
At least, they could find Jimmy, the lost dog.

INCREDIBLE DEMONSTRATION OF 3ºY STUDENTS AGAINST POLLUTION

I'd love to have a five student group like this one.  They behave so well and the class is so silent and tidy.  Last but not least, they have environmental awareness.

MONIKA SAVOVA'S MOVING COMPOSITION ABOUT HER FIRST YEAR IN OUR SCHOOL.

This is a  perfect and comprehensive summary of this school year in 3ºA.  Congrats to you all.  Well done, guys and gals!

This year for me was so so different. All for me here is so different. But i'm going to start of the beginning. So...
At the beginning of the year i was very excited, because i'll be with other people, with other teachers, in a completely different place and and etc. Well, but at the same time and I was very worried. It's normal, right? And when we started the year, honestly, I was ready to give up. It was very difficult for me. Specially the spanish. But over time, all ranks well.
I like the people here. There were so kind and friendly with me. They helped me all the time and the most important thing is that now i have a lot of friend... true friends. The people here are different than the people in Bulgaria. I saw that a lot of times. For example, in my country they won't help you. Not all the people but if i can say 60% are the people who aren't going to help you. They don't care. It's sad but... yeah. Here all the people repeat me that if i need something i can tell them. I needed to hear that. The people are more relaxed, funny...
The teachers who i met this year are so so so good. From the beginning I saw that they were so kind to me. I didn't know if it was because I'm new here, or just because they are. But i saw what I had not seen in Bulgaria. They are amazing for me.  I remember my first day with 2ºC and i was late for my hour ... but this was a lesson with you. Haha I had English. And i won't forget it. I don't know why.
Now about my class: They are amazing class. From the beginning they helped and i want to tell them one big THANKS for all, because without them and their help i don't know what i had to do, really. Everyone in this class has helped me a lot to find friends too, to start to speak with other people, to be one of them. I found friends in this class. And now i have 23 sisters and 7 brothers. I love them so so much. And if i have to repeat this year with other class... it's not going to be the same. I don't want to leave them. With them i feel good, i feel relaxed and i'm not nervous... With one word just they are AMAZING. Amazing. :)
Now i'm saying it was nice. It was fun. All this. But i'm glad i did it. That i didn't give up. And now i can speak spanish too. It's was the most important thing this year for me and i did it. I think i'm going to stay, live and study here.
     That it.

ONE HUNDREDTH POST OF THE BLOG! PASSIVE VOICE FOR DUMMIES.

Do you have an Android smartphone? Test your grammar with Johnny Grammar's Quizmaster app http://learnenglish.britishcouncil.or...

We use passives when we don't know who did the action. Only transitive verbs (verbs with an object) can be made passive. Passives are formed with the verb 'be' + past participle:

My bike has been stolen.

We also use passives when it isn't important who did the action, or it is obvious:

Yes, it was chained to a lamppost.
